Candidate Profile
- Possesses minimum 6 months exposure in handling customer queries only from the BFSI sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure, persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
CTC: 3 LPA Fixed
Shift
Rotational Shift-
How many Shift- 6 shifts ( 7am to 11 pm)
Female do not have Night Shift-( 9 pm and home drops)
Any Shift after 10pm is a home drop and home pick up.
