Job Description:
Marketing Executives
- Meet customers in events, stalls, malls, outlets and convince them to download Client app
- The ME will have an target of 40+ app downloads per day
- Saturday and Sundays are compulsory working. Monday will be off.
Marketing TLs (BTL)
- Support Marketing Executives in app downloads
- Training, Monitoring of the MEs
- Reporting, hiring and responsible for overall targets for their teams
Merchant Training/Operations
- Provide training to Client's merchants on processes, policies, platform usage and billing related details.
- Meet at least 5 merchants on a daily basis and negotiate to put stickers, banners, boards and other marketing collaterals at their locations.
- Responsible for merchant NPS
Merchant Training/Operations TL
- Manage team of Merchant training and operations.
- Responsible for driving numbers for their teams.
- Handle high GMV and large merchants themselves.
- Training, Problem Solving, Reporting, Hiring and team management
Inside Sales
- Convert merchants to use Client's paid services using cold calling.
- Must know basic excel, CRM usage and good hold on numbers (%tages).
- Must be diligent in follow ups and account closures.
- Sales through phone will be the main KRA.
Inside Sales TLs
- Manage Inside Sales Team - Reporting, Problem Solving, Training, Hiring, Process Improvements.
- Should be able to handle high GMV merchants themselves.
- Should have excellent problem solving capabilities.
Field Sales
- Meet Merchants and sell them Client Services.
- Provide product Demos, clarifications, problem solutions and manage escalations.
Field Sales TLs
- Manage Field Sales Team - Reporting, Problem Solving, Training, Hiring, Process Improvements.
- Should be able to handle high GMV merchants themselves.
- Should have excellent problem solving capabilities.
QA and Trainer
- Audit inside sales and sales processes/transactions and provide centralized quality scores.
- Prepare quality frameworks, trackers for the teams.
- Double up as trainer at the time of induction and ongoing training for the teams.
