The Graduate Trainee (GT) Campus Hiring (2017 and 2018 Freshers only)
The Graduate Trainee (GT) Hiring and Training Process:
a) All interested applicants, need to make their AUTOGRAM profiles (Audio/Visual Resume).
b) Once we receive the applicants Audio/Visual rounds, we will do an initial shortlist and subsequently conduct a pre-screening in AUTOGRAM app.
c) After collating these test results, we will conduct an aptitude test in AUTOGRAM app followed by further short-listing and a FINAL Personal Interview Round.
d) Firm offers of employment will be rolled-out within a week of final selection.
e) Once accepted, candidates will be put through a pre-joining e-learning program.
f) On Joining, they will go through a detailed and intensive Learning and Development program by experts after which they will be put on-the-job in one of the following profiles:
1) GT - Relationship Manager CD Sales
2) GT - Credit Manager MBL
3) GT - Relationship Manager MBL Sales
4) GT - Operations Officer
5) GT - Customer Service Officer
