•Supporting the L&D team with admin Liaise with a wide range of experts, vendors and trainers (external and internal).
•Process training requests from employees.
•Send course confirmation and joining instructions to employees.
•Maintain accurate lists of course participants and training records.
•Process any cancellations and make sure an accurate waiting list of course applicants
•Coordinate logistics for all the learning and development events including preparation
of course materials, room and banquet bookings, internal trainers' diaries, external trainer bookings, equipment hire and catering.
•Produce reports to show the L&D Manager what training has been delivered or planned
for the employees.
•Produce training materials, presentations, handouts and other resources to support
peoples learning and development.
•Manage the invoice payment processes for all purchases relating to the delivery of learning events and payments to external providers.
