Job Description:

Handling end to end recruitment for IT staffing, contract staffing, contract to hire positions with a proven track record. · Understanding the Job Requirement, quickly source and select the best Consultant, Negotiate rates, get the feedback, schedule interviews etc. · Recruit candidates for contract, contract - to -hire and permanent placement for all IT positions for multiple client companies. · Screening, interviewing, scheduling and coordinating client interviews and assessing potential applicants for multiple positions. Key Skills: Excellent communication, client handling, IT staffing. Additional Information: Working Hours: IST 8 PM to 5 AM (Monday to Friday) Drop facility is available.
