Customer Service Associate (Video Interview Round)
Job Description:
1. Make outbound calls to Australian customers with an objective of describing the various telecommunication and utility products and packages and convincing them to subscribe to their services.
2. Meet operational KPIs which have been assigned by the Senior Management.
3. Assist supervisors with daily reporting and meeting their SLA’s and team targets.
4. Ensure that all process knowledge and instructions are adhered to.
5. Mentoring the new joinees and grooming them.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Excellent communication skills.
Flair for sales.
Convincing and interactive skills.
Basic Excel knowledge.
